User Agreement

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Zaylek, operated by Zaylek (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Zaylek provides interview-practice voice rooms, community discussions, direct messaging, profiles, and related virtual-gift features. Contact us at Zaylek@gmail.com.

These Terms apply to users worldwide, subject to local law and service availability. By creating an account or using Zaylek, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required in your country to use this service. If you are not legally able to enter a contract yourself, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who should review these Terms with you. The service is not directed to children below the applicable minimum age.

Zaylek uses email and password sign-in. The current sign-in service may create an account for a new email address. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; this does not exclude rights you have for unauthorized transactions under applicable law. Do not impersonate anyone or use another person’s account without permission.

3. Interview practice and voice rooms

Zaylek is a platform for practice and community interaction. It is not an employer, recruitment agency, or guarantee of an interview, job offer, qualification, or hiring outcome. Advice and feedback from users are their opinions.

When you join a room, other participants may see your profile and participation. When you speak, people connected to that room can hear you. Room hosts can use available room and microphone controls. Muting a microphone, leaving a room, and blocking a user are different actions; blocking does not guarantee that a person will never appear in a shared room or public discussion.

Do not record, republish, or distribute another person’s voice or private messages without a lawful basis and any required consent. Room summaries and participation statistics are not audio recordings.

4. Community standards

You must not use Zaylek to:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, bully, stalk, or promote violence or hatred against people.
• Share child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation content, unlawful sexual content, or content that endangers minors.
• Commit fraud, impersonation, spam, unlawful solicitation, or deceptive promotion.
• Disclose private information without authorization, infringe intellectual property, or upload content you have no right to share.
• Distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or scrape personal information without authorization.
• Manipulate engagement, rankings, room statistics, purchases, gifts, or other service records.

Use the available reporting and blocking tools, or email us to report abuse. We may review reports and relevant information, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts to protect users or meet legal obligations. We do not promise that every item is reviewed before publication. If you believe a moderation decision is incorrect, contact us with the relevant account, content, and reason for review. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

5. Your content and public activity

You retain rights you hold in your posts, comments, images, messages, and profile material. You grant Zaylek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the features you use, maintain safety, and comply with law. This license does not transfer ownership of your content or permit unrelated commercial use.

Public posts, profile details, selected interview topics, and room-visit display information can be visible to other users. Direct messages are delivered to their recipients. Do not submit confidential interview questions, employer trade secrets, or third-party personal information unless you have permission. Other users may retain copies they receive or capture; removing content cannot recall those independent copies.

6. Coins, gifts, and Apple purchases

Where available, coins are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. The product description, currency, quantity, and price shown by the App Store at confirmation govern your purchase. Apple processes payment; Zaylek verifies purchase information before crediting eligible coins. A pending or failed verification may delay delivery. Do not submit false receipts or exploit duplicate fulfillment.

Coins and virtual gifts are digital service items, not legal currency, securities, or a bank balance. They have no promised cash redemption value and are not transferable outside supported service features. Check the recipient, quantity, and price before sending a gift. Purchases and gifts do not guarantee employment, access to a particular user, or a particular response.

The current coin products are consumable, one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Consumables may not be restored using Apple’s standard restore mechanism; eligible balances and completed fulfillment depend on the service account and verified transaction records. Keep access to the account used for purchase.

Refund requests for Apple purchases should be made through Apple’s refund process. Apple policies and mandatory consumer rights apply. Nothing here removes a statutory refund or withdrawal right. Refunded or reversed transactions may result in corresponding adjustments to coins or gifts. Uninstalling the app or requesting account deletion does not itself request a refund.

7. Service availability and third parties

Voice, messaging, image storage, network connectivity, and purchases depend on service providers, Apple, your device, and your connection. Features may be interrupted or unavailable in particular regions. We may improve or change the service and will give notice of material changes where required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of user-provided content. Third-party services have their own applicable terms.

Zaylek’s software, branding, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You receive a limited right to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms; no ownership of our software or marks is transferred.

8. Leaving the service and account requests

You may stop using Zaylek at any time. To request account deletion or assistance with associated records, email Zaylek@gmail.com using the subject “Zaylek — Account Deletion”. We may request reasonable information to verify ownership; do not send your password. This contact route does not imply that the current app includes an in-app Delete Account button.

Uninstalling removes app-local data but does not automatically delete server records, recipients’ copies, legally required transaction records, or all secure device storage. Data deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements, with notice and a review opportunity where appropriate and lawful.

9. Responsibilities and local consumer rights

Use reasonable care when interacting with others and sharing information. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that practice results, user content, or connectivity will meet every expectation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or personal injury caused by negligence, or restricts mandatory consumer guarantees.

These Terms apply globally but do not choose a single country’s law or require a foreign court for all users. Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you remain in force, including any right to bring a claim before a competent court in your place of residence. Contact us first if you would like us to help resolve a concern; doing so does not waive your legal rights.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The revision date identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes and obtain additional agreement where legally required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
